Lorina works in the mediums of drawing and video.
Since 2016 she is reflecting on personal moments with ink drawings, reaffirming a fragile memory with a cinematic gaze.
In her video-performances and experimental videos she offers insight into personal conflict while commenting on the effects of Western politics and capitalism. With a simple language and reduced aesthetics the videos touch on topics like patriarchal structures, exploitation, artificial intelligence and blind consumerism.
Lorina exhibited at (selection): DISKURS, the Video Art Festival, 48 h Neukölln, Berlin; Closing Soon, Athens and Galerie Khodynka in Moscow, Russia and she received funding from the Berlin Senate for Culture and Europe.
